Susan

Susan is a member of the Illinois Agricultural Leadership Program, Class of 1996.  Between 1995 and 2015 she has attended 15 International Leadership Alumni Conferences (ILAC) and helped to host the 25^th Anniverisary ILAC in 2014.  ILAC is a great way to experience different types of agriculture and businesses, plus you meet wonderful people and have a chance to continue leadership skill development.  She currently serves as Secretary for the ILAC Advisory Group.

Susan, and her husband John, operate John’s family farm, and she helps with the management of her family’s farm in southern Illinois.  Some of the organizations she is active with are: Illinois Water Authority Association, Illinois Council on Food and Agricultural Research, and East-Central Illinois Regional Water Supply Planning Committee.

She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a B.A. in Art and an Education degree.
