Stephanie serves as Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture’s Director of the Agriculture Business Development Center, where she forges strategic partnerships and champions growth initiatives within the agricultural sector. Growing up on a dairy farm in Nebraska, Stephanie is dedicated to bringing focused resources to farm and agribusiness entrepreneurial opportunities while bridging the gap between rural and urban communities to support diverse markets, ensuring a robust future for the industry.

She holds a Master’s Degree from Penn State SMEAL College of Business in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership, with a focus on Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Stephanie is also an alum of Leadership Lancaster’s Executive Program, the PA RULE (Rural-Urban Leadership) program and co-chaired the 2025 ILAC Conference held in Pennsylvania.

Stephanie and her husband, Jim, have three young adult children and are the 9th generation owners of Silver Valley Farm, a Lancaster County family-owned and operated, bicentennial family farm which includes diversified grains, Black Angus beef cattle, and boer meat goats.
